Default Replacement engine
Can anyone tell me..... Will a cb1300 engine fit into a cbr1000f frame 87 model?
My engine is on it's last legs and i'm looking at putting a different engine in it.

Anything will fit if your real handy with a welder and machining up brackets. Otherwise, no.

ok no cb1300 engine for me then. Any suggestions on what would fit. I don't want to put another 1000f engine into the bike as they have too many problems. Any suggestions welcome.

Ask in the cbr1000f forum, they'd know better then F4i people.
