Default Regulator / Rectifier Wiring

Guys need some help.

I got my bike used (02 CBR600 F4i) and after my rectifier has failed, I found out that the bike's wiring has been tampered.

I have yet to receive this item but based from the pictures I saw, there are two connectors from the R/R - the 3P (3 yellow wires) and 6P (2 Red, 2 Green).
Now my problem is, I need to know where these wires/connectors go so I could set the wirings to it's original.

The only thing I am sure of are the three yellow wires, which connect to the alternator.

Now, where do I connect the 6P (2 Red, 2 Green) from the R/R??

2 Red are just 2 hot and the 2 green are just 2 grounds. Essentially any R/R will work from any motorcycle, they all work on the same principle. I have an 08 1000rr R/R on my 99 F4. I wired my R/R with an inline fuse straight to the battery, both ground and positive for optimum charging.

With my present wiring, the three yellow alternator wires, plus the red and green wires are connected to the 6P connector in the burnt rectifier (in photo).
then, the red and green wires are also tapped to the (+) and (-) of the battery.
is this a good set up as well or is there something wrong?

if i would revert back the wiring to the original configuration, what should i do to be able to use the OEM connectors of the R/R?

thanks for the replies!
