Regular tire pressure

Regular tire pressure
Another question for you guy's. What pressure do you run in your front and rear tire? I ride my bike normally, meaning I have no desire to do any stunts or crazy ****. We all know that bikes are dangerous enough with two wheels, I dont see any reason to be riding around on one wheel (just be careful is you do this). What tire pressure do you guys have in your front and rear tire. Im talking about just riding around town and on the highway. Im not going to lie and say I dont like going fast, but I honestly have no desire to do any stunts. I checked my pressure a couple of days ago and it was at about 28 psi on both the front and rear. From the searching I did, I guess its better to be a little lower on the psi than higher, so you dont slide it out. Is this too to low, or is my pressure ok? Also what pressure would be considered too low or too high? Thanks again for the help!

RE: Regular tire pressure
It also depends on the brand of tire. I run Michelin Pilot Powers 31/30 on the track. Street, I generally do 32 front and 33-36 rear. I have about 8k and 2 trackdays and the tires still have many thousands left.
It helps not doing burnouts etc (tires are expensive), having a smooth right hand, or being slow as hell. I got all 3 down pat.

RE: Regular tire pressure
wow, you have 8K on a set of tires, and 2 track days??
pressure is very tire dependant
fwiw, I run Pirelli DCIII's, and I run 32/32 cold.(as recommended by Pirelli) although, I am hard on tires. I usually get about 1500miles on the rear, and about 2.5k-3k on a front
