Jeff, any chance you have any detailed pics of the process of changing the leds. I would really love to do that mod in Red or White, but im scared that I will kill my display. I have a soldering iron and some solder, but im not too clued up on the electrical side of things (MECHANICAL Engineering Apprentice)...
If you do have any please let me know, Cheers...

We need to see pictures of the misses. After that we can continue to help.

I WILL give you a tidbit of knowledge - buy a yoshi CF exhaust. but no MORE until we get our pictures.

I will try to find the F4i Specific one tomrrow, but here is close to the same just for a ZX-6R.

http://www.i-hacked.com/index.php?op...sk=view&id=209

There are 6 LED's for the LCD Display and 6 LED's for the Tach (you can put blue under the red line and it will work fine).

and with the LED's being $0.23 each I would order some extra in case 1 or 2 of them dont work or you lose them ( they are VERY small, Like tweezer size)

Use a fine tipped soldering iron and smaller thickness De-soldering wick and take your time and you should be fine.
