Another update. Apparently my frame was polished. The inside of the frame is black. Someone spent some time polishing the frame. Found a gas leak also. It was from the felt bushings connector attached to the tank. Replaced and no more leaks. Upon further inspection the pump and housing looks like they are newish. I'm starting to feel better about the bike knowing all I need is upper stay brackets and cowl to be able to ride. Not a bad trade for a pistol. Pictures to follow soon. Received upper stay finally. Took a week from California to Tennessee. Will install tomorrow and post pictures . So far she ready to ride. Also did a crazy wheelie yesterday by accident. This thing has crazy low end torque. Hardly let off the clutch and up she went. Scared me! Ha
