radiator issue
i ordered a brand new 01-06 f4i radiator on amazon, and it doesnt fit well, is the fan meant to be close to the headers? its the only way i can mount it..
also now when i try to put the clamp back on it doesnt wanna work..
why does it feel like everything on this bike acts different when i try to put it back together lmao?

Hi , sounds like your rad is a Chinese look alike, this is a picture of the original one ,does your new one look like this

and this is the part number from Partzilla

Chinese can be cheap ,but sometimes are not up to specs, have you tried having the original rad re-cored instead
