929 radiator to a 954 radiator
Well I broke my 929 radiator and have a 954 one sitting here. The only difference I can find is the oil cooler line. The 929 has one the 954 don't. So my question is what do I do with the oil cooler line for the radiator? Other then that it looks like it works pretty good.

RE: 929 radiator to a 954 radiator
Yea, that was what I was thinking of doing tomorrow. I was just going to use some Tee's and make it work, but figured I would check to see if the local radiator shop could help.
Thanks for the help guys....hope to have it going by the weekend...well i HOPE anyway.

RE: 929 radiator to a 954 radiator
Alright, well all parts came in and everything is now on the bike....
To swap a 954 radiator into a 929 you only need the radiator and there is a pipe on the lefts(if you are sitting on the bike) that will adapt the two hose setup on a 929 to a single hose of a 954. All parts will come straight off a 954 and bolt right up with the exception of the pipe. When you install the pipe you will shorten both the lower rad. line and the oil cooler line in order to get it all to fit. You will also need to purchase 1 hose clamp. Thats it. Other then that it all goes back in the same.
