Just wanted to say thanks to everyone, and I finally just said "What the hell!" and hauled off and did it.

$8073.50 out the door, with 40%+ discount on accessories. Prolly not the best deal ever made, but as of right now, I don't want to hear about a better one!!!

get a used one. 01-03. That banana seat is not cool. I think honda did that on purpose to push sales for the RR. The 01 -03 F4i's look the best... I also think the 01 is a little faster than the rest, not sure though.

 

Well, deal fell thru (somehow changed between agreement on phone and my arrival), so gonna have to keep looking. Sad, thought I'd be riding this weekend.

I kinda like the banana seat. I think its a little more comfortable. But, hey, maybe I've gotta big rear end!

I wouldn't mind a 01-03....but boy, the used prices around here are insane.

 

The banana seat makes it seem like a baby Blackbird, I like it too! more sport tourer feel.
