well im having electricl problems with my bike and we think we tracked it back to the speedometer believe it or not. when we took it apart there was a lot of water inside. the rubber gromet on the back came off. but i was wondering is there supposed to be a rubber seal around the edge of the two halves of the case?

if not im gona silicon it shut.

i hope that is were all the problems are coming from becuase im really starting to get tired of this problem.
