Pulsating Under Low Load/Deceleration

Pulsating Under Low Load/Deceleration
2006 F4i 30k miles.
As of the the last two month or so, when under low load/deceleration, and usually in higher gears while cruising, the motorcycle feels like it’s pulsing back and forth (a noticeable feel while riding and noticeable with the RPMs fluttering). It goes away when accelerating and when pulling in the clutch.
I suspect it’s probably the chain/sprocket (adjusted into the zone that indicates it needs replacement), and I am not sure when/if they were ever replaced (bought the bike around 26k miles).
Any other ideas?

Have you examined your chain with the rear wheel raised. Rotate the wheel and check chain for tight spots. Is it correctly adjusted ? Unless sprocket configurations have been changed it would be a good idea to act on the manufacturing advice and get it changed anyway. Sprockets should be examined for wear as well.
Best of luck mate.
