What did you use to cut your holes? It looks like you got the top holes just perfect size. I cut mine a little bigger in order to make them look round since my first drill wasn't exactly perfect.
I'm gonna put some rubber trim around my holes to clean them up a little. but just wondered how you got yours to look so clean, or did you just sand it smooth?

Have to disagree with you about the above though, yes the prep works easily the most important part, but paint, is NOT pretty much just paint. Thought the same thing myself for years till I started shooting with a HVLP gun and actual quality paint. The difference is astonishing, not just in the initial finish but in its longevity as well. Regardless, good work, especially considering you rattlecanned it.
