Default Problem with power/fuel

Hey guys,
I have a 2001 cbr 600 f4i. Yesterday I took my tank off and changed my
fuel pressure regulator.
one I changed it I put everything back together as it was.
when I went to start the bike I noticed a slight whistle as it was priming.
I didn't think much about it at this time. But the bike cranked right up.
So as I went off riding I noticed as I pull the throttle back I had hardly any power.
and then after a couple of seconds the bike jolted. So my guess is it has
something to do with the fuel system. As this problem has just occurred.
Do I need or is there even a way to bleed the fuel system? I'm completely lost.
Thanks!

I'll have to check that out! Did yours throw any fi codes?
because I have nothing lol it seems kind of odd to have a problem where you lose
power and not have any code but I guess we shall see!

So I took the tank off once again and found a hose that goes to the
airbox off. I put it back on and fixed nothing. The only sensor I could
find was the MAP. Do you have a picture of the MAF and the location
of it? Also when your vacuum was unplugged did your fuel pump
make a whine/hiss sound? Sounds like theres air in the fuel pump or
something?
