I'm currently installing mine but the fit seems really bad. The measurement between the center of the trim clip holes seems to be about a 1/2 inch too wide. This also makes the recessed lip that allows the undertail to sit down flush with the bottom edge of the rear cowl about an inch too wide.

Did any of you have to redrill the stock trunk holes for where the trim clips fit into? It seems like the only way I can get it to work and I'm worried about trying to force the cowl wider in the middle to accomodate the undertail misalignment and then bolting it down in the front.

I've also noticed a gap at the rear above the left tail light and the cowl. Overall not too impressed with the fit of this, add to that the flimsly wiring and the very little difference between tail running light and break light and I'm thinking I may have to suck up the cost of this one and buy a Mototeck tail.

I do really like the look of it if it actually fit

I was wondering if it was the wrong one or if everyone else was having the same struggles with it. Thanks for the prompt reply. I'm contacting Piteck and we'll let you know what they have to say about it.
