How do you get the stickers to come off? I like that solid grey which is what my 2005 has...

How do you get the stickers to come off? I like that solid grey which is what my 2005 has...
Gently apply a heat gun. If you don't have one, your local equipment rental yard should have one. The idea is to heat up the glue underneath the sticker, so it is easy to remove. I have heard you can use a hairdryer, but I don't know if it works or not. It seems like it would get hot enough, though.

so most of the stuff on the fairings are stickers and its not two toned paint? Never really looked at it but i have an 06. So im assuming that the base is blue with black stickers or am i backwards.

the sticker if you look close the base of the 06 fairing is black, with blue stickers forming around the black fairing making it look like a black sticker, when in fact the sticker is black.

Here is a pic i have (not mine) of a black and red 05. The F4is have different colored fairings so if you take off the stickers, it wont look right. this one has the wing off except the black line and black top on the fairing....

so the actual cow is black with blue and black stickers. U lost me in ur explanation. In the picture im assuming its a red cowl with black sticker/stickers

thats how my bike looks rite now how do you think it would looks with some flames I may just have to go all black or all red
