Another thing that's good to remind your passenger is to save all their moving around or adjusting until you're either stopped or going a decent speed in a straight line. The worst time for a passenger to start adjusting their pants or something is when you're moving slowly, for obvious reasons.

Personal preference, I don't let people ride with me unless they need too. While it's like, "Hey, pretty girl on the back, woo hoo" I'd rather be like "Hey, I'm not gonna die cause you don't know what you're doing" But listen to everything these guys say. Basically where to hold on is the big thing, but leaning should be natural.

1. Be smooth
2. Be smooth
3. Be smooth

Jerky shifts, bad on/off throttle transitions and stops will be much more noticeble if you are not smooth and controlled. They should only get on or off with your signal. Negotiate squeeze signals incase she needs you to stop. Have her press on the tank and squeeze with her legs. She should pay attention to the road ahead to see your turns, and obsticles/ threats. Have her look where you look and lean as you lean. I use a few squeeze/ pat signals. Usually a squeeze means to hold on and a pat or two is raise your butt off the seat. I'll think of more later.

Thanks for all the advice guys I just came back from a short cruise on PCH with her and I don't think it was too bad. Ya my arms got a little tired from supporting her weight but it wasn't as bad as I thought. The only thing that bothered me was that she's pretty short and for some reason she couldn't see over my shoulder so I had to lean down pretty far and even with that her helmet couldn't clear my shoulder so the tip of the chin area on her helmet was digging into my shoulder and it didn't feel too good.

Also, she shouldnt really be pushing on you. Sit up and have her hold onto you when you need rest. Some people have short arms so it is difficult for them to have proper posture and not push on your back. She also can push onto your butt/hips as long as you are comfortable with it and she pushes down more than forward. Pushing on your back will put pressure on your arms which will strain you and give you improper posture.
