You're right about Stompgrips being a PITA to install. I followed the directions to the "T" and like you, still had unsightly air pockets and peeling.

What model bike are those Tech Spec pads for, and how do they compare to Stompgrip?
BTW, they look really good on the bike; nice job.

They are f4i specific. I haven't ridden with them yet....directions ssaid to let them sit for 12 hours. I sat on the bike..and they seemed to grip really well...def appreciating not having those nubbins/bumps that the stompgrips have...feels a lot better on the legs..and hopefully these wont wear away my jeans. Def like looking at black grips as opposed to clear bubbled as hell grips.
directions said they can also be peeled off and re installed..which is a nice feature.
I"m gonna ride them hard tomorrow and see how they feel. Hopefully this good weather keeps up

Those look really good, chet.
I'm not a big fan of the way the stompgrips look, but those tech ones actually look dam good. If they work as well as they look, you'll be set.

I've been meaning to get some stomp grip, but I like these more. Thanks for sharing.

Wow looks beautiful! You're bike is in awesome shape! I think it's interesting how much you love CF, but is CF HJC CL-15 a safe helmet to wear? I don't know the plastic they use in their regular helmets, but something makes it seem like it wouldn't absorb a hit as well.
