i get about 130-140 when the light comes on and then i usually fill up at like 170. my reserve light has always come on way early and i only start worrying about it when all 4 bars are flashing. i have like 1.5 gallons left when the light comes on. at 38-42mpg thats a lot of commuting left. Now at the race track. I get like 85 miles before the light comes on.

it depends on how hard u ride. if i really lean hard on the bike and tac up really hard all the time u will get pretty bad gas mpg. on average i get between 130-145 mpg. i have a 2006 f4i also run 94 octane in the bike and u might see better gas millage as well.

Our bikes are not designed to run high octane. These are not cars.It doesnt help at all period.
Run regular 87 and be happy.
I have run 87 since day one with zero issues.
Gas mileage varies on riding style, gearing, weight on the bike, tire pressures, etc.
