Hello, I'm looking to change the oil for the first time myself on the F4i I bought used. (It was changed by the dealership about a year ago before I bought it.)

Can anyone recommend types of oil for this? (I don't mind paying extra for synthetic--the youtube vids I've found all tend to list the same "standard" oil.)

Use full-synthetic JASO MA/MA1/MA2 rated oil.

Rotella T6 is good and highly recommended by many.
