I was in a pretty bad wreck on my 02 F4i yestersay and all of my plastic is ****ed...

The only real option I have is a new complete set of fairings and I am really low on money. $500 seems like a really good deal on ebay and maybe my only option. I know there are basically 3 types of material, 1)fiberglass, 2)PVC plastic, and 3) ABS plastic. It sees like everyone hates these fairings, but I was wondering what the best material is to get and how much time is it going to take to modify it to fit right?
