Default Noise from wheels

I am wondering if it is normal or not to here noise from the turning of the wheels.
Sounds kinda like how the break pads make a bit of noise when applied, like a light scraping sound.

I've got my tire up on the rear stand and when I spin the back tire I can here that type of noise easily.

It's loud enough so Ican here it when i'm coasting with the clutch lever pulled in (so low engine noise).

Kindof enoying..

Same case here.

I just changed the front pads, so I just assume it's normal. I hear it coming from the front...not much the rear.

When I am riding I only here it from the front but when I had my rear on the stand and spun it with my handit came from there too, so yeah it's probably the same as yours.

It would be nice if there was somewhere to put in a little lube to make it go away
