Is that noise CCT or normal or something else?

Is that noise CCT or normal or something else?
I recently got a 2001 f4i with 80,000km on the clock and because I’m new to the bike I can’t tell if the noises I’m hearing are normal or signs of trouble especially given the bikes age and mileage. The CCT has been replaced once already so I’m not sure if it’s that but I have a video with the sound audible when I start revving (from 2:11 onwards in the video that I hope attaches properly).
When I’m actually riding I can hear the noise mostly in low gears up to 5-6k rpm but it’s not as apparent if I use higher gears when going slowly (70km/h and under)
Thanks Guys

Does the noise start around 5 - 6k? and then clear up with higher revs?
Does it do it in neutral as well?
If it starts "rattling" around the 5k mark, I would think likely CCT.
Depending on when it was replaced, the CCT could be gone again. They dont seem to last too long.
I've got a manual CCT on mine. They can be a little tedious to get them dialed in , but I haven't had to touch mine for a long time now.

I have been able to add a video now to show what happens, but even in neutral the rattle is apparent below 5k rpm but becomes more apparant as the revs climb to 5k. I didn't go above 5k in the video because I was too nervous that the noise is detrimental to the engine so didn't want to push it, especially if the noise could be identified at lower revs.
I thought it may be likely that the replacement had failed, I wouldn't have replaced with the OEM when they are known to fail but it wasn't my bike when that happened!

Okay, watched the vid but it's really hard to tell. As F4i4ever noted, a bad CCTL will be most noticeable, i.e. rattly, in the 5-6k range. The OEM ones seem to last between 12-20,000 miles, so even if it was replaced once, it is surely due for a new one...
