Okay, so the title bull. But my newest addition to my bike, rimstripes. LoL.

I always thought they looked good so I bought a set on ebay $10 shipped.

When I got the set, I noticed the tape was straight. I thought they were going to be curved to fit the rim. I checked the ebay description, and it didn't say anything about straight or curved, so oh well, my fault for assuming i guess. You could say I was pissed at first and I was saying to myself, "it's impossible to make a perfect circle with a straight tape because it'll crease somewhere at least. But you know what? It worked out just fine. The tape went around easily without any creasing or bends.

Took about 10-15 minutes for all 4 sides.

Here's some pics. Lemme know what you think. Don't worry if you think it's ugly, you can say it. Everyone has their own taste.

 

I don't remember who here said it, but they said rim tape makes any bike look better.

I had my reservations at the time... but time has proven it to be a fact. Rim tape makes any bike look better.

Nice! The only rimstripes I don't like are the onesthat are super wide, like 1/2".
