Ya, I was thinking about the LED Pegs too. Thats probably the route I'll be going. Use the LEDs in the pegs as well as the blinkers in the pods.

 

Hey Man,, I got an 01,, I bought my undertail off ebay,, The cheap one,, Looks great, but yeah, the blinkers aren't bright,, but what I'm in the process of doing is getting my rear flush mount blinkers put on the fair fairing sides,, and only use the running and brake lights on my undertail,, You can order what ever color you want! I paid 110.00 w/ shipping. The tricky part is getting your rear seat lock towork without spinning.

just find out what series bulb is in there and buy a LED light for it
