If your experience is no more than the MSF, a F4/i still isnt a great choice for a first bike, but that being said. RUN from the first bike. The 2nd sounds like a 'ok' deal, if you really really like it n want it, get it. If it seems too high to you, make a lower offer n if he doesnt take it, then walk off like the others said. And any bike thats more than a year or two old with just 3500 or so miles on it, ask em WTF they did it besides pose next to it and look at it. Because it definately wasnt riding it. I put 10k on my F4 since last May.

 

I would suggest looking for an RR if that's what you want. The RR is a little meaner but I don't think there would be much of a difference starting out with that as opposed to the f4i.
