New to CBRforum: Think this bike is worth it?

having 20k is why you found yours cheaper. Thats 20k miles that you have know idea on how the bike was ridden. for less than 4k miles the price isnt far off.

It seems after looking online more that allot of street bikes in my area (northern california) are marked over their value. I figured this is because race bikes are popular out here, particularly CBRs. Oh well its sooo worth it to me!
So heres the two bikes i was looking at, both are about $4,500, both are about ten years old, and both have super low miles. Im just looking for a bike in amazing "like new" condition, color means very little.
I would love to get your guys two cents. Please, if you had a choice which would you get and why?

#2 2003 CBR 600 F4i 3861 Miles
I will definitely be a frequent flyer to this forum after i get my bike, thanks for making me feel at home
