Personally I dig the light effects. Just gotta check ure local laws, blue and red is usually against the law on the street.

hey im not trying to jack this thread but has anyone ever had experience with thesehttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MOTOR...7359QQtcZphoto

i was thinking about getting them for my bike.

once again not trying to jack the thread thanks guys
Those are essentially off-brand Electorpods. Some on them have a foam adhesive on the back, come screw in, it all depends on the type and brand you get. Most have an adhesive though. Its usually a good thing to get a little glue to put on the back for a little extra support, especially if your bike is going to see weather.

AHHH...you got me...you win...
[sm=hail.gif]

asimple i donot like them, etc. would be just fine...rather than something as extreme as "rice"...cause other than the edible kind...'rice' is the ultimate insult.

you're right...none of your other posts have been informative...and may be even be seen as squidly.

Easy, Easy place nice.
When you start replacingneons as often as you put gas inyour bikeyou might be angry. But if you don't really plan on riding it that muchyou don't really have to worry about. Go with the neons.

I ended up orderingfour 5mm 4 light clusters.
My bike is candy red, so I ordered red.
I can't seem to get a straight answer from the police department on the actual laws. I think I will start by lighting up the back wheel from the undertail. My answer from the police desk was :
If it faces the rear it must be red...
That doesn't help me on the issue of the lights underneath or lighting up the front fender.

Will post pics soon...

you may want to check with DMV and vehicle codes...
i believe putting lights in areas not approved, like the bottom of the bike, etc. is illegal.

Stephens - Looks hot bro, almost identical to my bike actually.

As far as the lighting goes - I used the Electro-pod sport bike kit. For $50 +/- you can really deck it out. I even convinced one of my buddies to put a kit on his bike. They look really sick.

My $0.02.
