Need Help With Info
I have 2001 cbr f4i that is my first bike, I had it for more than a year and love it but would like to move up. I am 210 pounds and I feel that I would do better with a 1000RR. My question is that my bike gives me a hard vib. When I put the hammer down, I know that alot of people say that it is the CCT but I had that replaced a year ago! Well thats all I need it to know, if someone has some good info on the subject it would be really cool. Also does anybody know when you should change you clutch, my bike has more than 15000 miles on it? The guy that I bought it form told me that his dad and him would like to do wheelies on the road and I am just wondering if thy might have worn it out? Thanks guys!

yea...1 year of riding an F4i and now you're ready for a liter bike.
5 years on my F4i and what did i learn? that i don't need a liter bike.
now that i'm done with the voice of truth...here are your answers...
hard vibration can be anything...loose engine mount bolts, etc. could youprovide a better description? cctl is most notable on decel not accel!!!
there is no specified interval for clutch swap. if it's slippingthen you need to change it. i have 40K on my bike, still stock clutch.as for wheelies, if they did power wheelies then that would not wear out the clutch, if they clutched it then yes.

Most people start to re-adjust the clutch cable due to wear around 12k miles. I suggest you re-adjust the cable too. You will be surprised with how much more play with the clutch you have.
Clutch wheelies are something interesting. I seen people changing clutches at 3-5k miles.
A year on an F4i to a 1K. Thats your call. Some people can handle it and some people end up on the floor.
