Default My official 2005 F4i build thread

Sooo, I have been saying I'm going to post up a thread of putting my bike together. So here I'm getting started. Not much to show so far a few pics of the way it was when I bought it and me starting to get it cleaned up. I'm waiting for a bunch of parts in the mail. Lots of broken Items on this thing. I'm just taking it as I go. I was told it has 6k on it but I'm still waiting for someone to post up or for me to find a F4i parts cluster for parts to fix the cluster from this bike.(Especially the wiring pigtail) Well here it is thus far. The first three are of the pics he sent me before I bought it. It was driven into a row of mailboxes. I'll keep pics coming as I get more done.

Here's a few extra I took.

Cleaned up Rotor top one is cleaned bottom one is what I started with.

Mail boxes can be brutal! ;-) Good that you are going to bring it back to life! Hope you stick w/ it & make it a reliable rider again. Hang in there w/ it!

RE: Instrument cluster: Reach out to some motorcycle salvage yards to see if they can help you. Some have nationwide connections that can help.

Keep us updated on your progress.
