One quick tire life update... - My center rear is now showing a different rubber compound in the center. About an 8" strip. (Apparently I didn't find enough curves to scrub the tire evenly).

SO the Diablo Stradas were good for 3.5 Riding seasons, 7000 miles life on the rears - front probably would be good for another tire (14K miles), but I bought a matching pair of Diablo Rosso II's that will be installed soon for my first trackday this June.

Bought the Rosso II's from Revzilla - $250.65 delivered to my door quite quickly (Ordered 5/21/2012 at 2PM, arrived at my house 5/25 4PM)

I'll try do another update once they are installed - pictures and all.

Do you guys think it's time for a new tire yet?

I think I can squeeze out another season or two...
I think it's starting to square...
Tire for sale, plenty of tread left on the sides...
Wear marks still visible...

=) and i'm done.

PS just to add something valuable to the thread - a good rear shock will get you some more miles out of those rears.

Plenty of tread on the outside, still!
