Thanks guise. I appreciate the feedback. Ya at first I was like "eff it my mistress has been soiled and she is no longer gold to me" but the more I think about it im just being ****..like you said Aken, its bound to happen sometime! Nate Ill post up pics and bored the fairing is cracked not just scuffed. I may just live with it for a while as its a battle wound. RDub, thanks man! Im not 100% comitted to leaving my ole faithful F4i but the 07 RR's have a small piece of my heart haha.

Oh and Aken...What the hecks I though you were like the only other person in the World that had my exact style bootleg pipe with magenta cap? The pipe and frame and tank were the first things I looked at when I uprighter her..I mighta slapped a hoe if those one of those had gotten tainted

That sucks man. But it looks like 90% of the scratches are on the decal. You can always just jb weld or epoxy the crack and then buy a new decal from replicals.com or somewhere for and itll look almost perfect again? Its $35 for that decal from them and would be an inexpensive/decent solution for the short term till you find a new fairing in perfect shape.

DING DING! He got lucky. New stickers and plastic weld the crack from behind and it will be almost completely gone.

Yeah plastic weld and a new decal will make it look good again!...if you're really **** I would buy the oem decal. I just replaced that exact same decal but for an 01 white f4i. I paid $75 shipped.

Sucks man. Again super sorry to hear that. but it doesn't really look that bad all things considered. I would be sick to death though if that happened to my baby too.

Blows.

A freind of mine used to live next door and would park his ninja deep in the spot.. almost in the grass until he came out one morning to it laying on the rocks in the landscaping . when i first got my bike he told me the story so i always park so a car sees it before the run in. That sucks that whoever did it didnt say something. My freind never found out either.
