mounting sliders... how much torque for the bolt?

i got vortex sliders.. how much torque for the main bolt and how much torque for the other peice

29 ft lbs on the engine hanger bolts. I think I just snugged the pucks. Haven't had a problem...

..and what I meant by snugged is I tighten the pucks good but didn't torque them. Sorry I realized that could be taken not as I intended...
