My bike came with some sliders installed by PO. I dropped the bike in the driveway last weekend and the slider broke apart into about 20 pieces. Fairing isn't too bad though. Just a couple more scratches. I'm looking to replace them with Woodcraft sliders.

Found them here for $64 with free shipping. I haven't ordered from the company before, but they look legit.

Here's my remaining slider

and the damage (black scrapes) from the recent trip to the ground.

Entirely likely, judging by the quality of other repairs and "upgrades".
They were cast plastic and then spun down. The plastic was really porous inside, but the finish on the outside looks ok.

Anyone have experience with the woodcrafts?

The woodcraft ones look pretty good. I wonder if the polished finish will match my pipe. Or if I should just go with black and be safe.

True. But like everyone else, I tend to assume they will. For the parking lot crash, they might. Higher speed, probably not.

race railz are terrible. its a great concept but the mounting points are bad....they mount up to 2 points. one on the engine mount and the second is on the swingarm pivot bolt...they require u to drill out the swingarm bolt for the bolt to go thru.

I have them sitting in a box in my room...I dont' even wanna mess around drilling out my swingarm..i'm gonna end up gong with 905 race armor
