mil code 23?

Default mil code 23?
Did some searching on a fi light code I bellieve it to be 23 2 long blinks and 3 short.the manual says it would be the oxygen sensor heater, I didn't find anything in my manual about that, it is a cali model..thanks

i guess i should have mentioned i have the clymer copy manual, is there another one your referring too?
