Micron high mount installation

RE: Micron high mount installation
Hah, I would definetly get a undertail, If you have the high mount, it will look clean with out the mudguard.
What pipe do you have? It looks like different pipes have different clearances. On a post someone mentioned the ability to shorten the stalks on the stock turn signals, maybe you could cut em down to fit. It does look like some of the high mounts are very tight up against the tail. If you dont want to get new signals, you could cut a few inches off the pipe and im sure it would offer enough space to keep the stock setup.
I really want to go high mount, I already have a Micron slip on and would love to find a high mount midpipe. I dont see that happening, so I think I might have to get a custom pipe bent up.

Do you already have the pipe installed?
After I get my bike paid off I want toget an alarm and more visable turn signals. I want to go high mount with the pipe, get an undertail for the rear (possibly with a hugger ifI can find oneI like), then mount the plate from the swingarm. I think that would make it look nice and clean.

RE: Micron high mount installation
Finished product sounds awesome glad i went with a Micron very deep tone. I do need to get a fender eliminator so i can clean up the back i purchased the slip on not knowing you had to reposition the indicators which you have to reroute them under the license plate which i think would look kinda out of place. so far so good...
