Default Michelin Pilot Power Tires

Hey,
I'm about to purchase some Michelin Pilot Power Tires and just wanna double check. I bought the bike with Parelli's on it 120/70 in the frone 180/55 in the back. Is that would i should put on?
Also does anyone ride with these tires and are they sick or what?
