MAP sensor problem
So a few months ago I installed a new MAP sensor because that it was the FI light was telling me. It is now back. I am wondering if it has to do with me not having an O2 sensor on my bike. The bike is a CA model so it had an O2 sensor, but since I bought it it doesn't have one.
Would not having an O2 sensor make the MAP sensor keep going on the fritz? And its only in the morning when the bike has sat over night, and once warm and ran for a few and turn the bike off and back on it goes away.

should not affect the MAP sensor...they are measuring different things.
do you have an O2 eliminator or just nothing? if it's just nothing, you will get a light.
my MAP was on the fritz too, i cleaned off the contacts, then plugged in and it was all good.
