Lowering Link

Lowering Link
EDIT: See post #14 on how to raise the front and install the factory link.
The bike I just got has been lowered (previous owner was about 5'3") and while it feels ok it doesn't feel right when I turn the bars or come to a stop. Not that it wasn't done right just that it's lowered and the bars almost hit the tank and my knees are bent when I put my feet down.
Does anybody know (I can't find my service manual) where I need to set the front end when I put the factory rear link back in so it is in the correct position?
After that's done will I need to have a place reset the suspension for the new height? Not against this, I had my last one done and it felt so much better being adjusted for my weight.
Thanks!

Working on getting her back to stock height. Could someone take a picture of their right hand clip on area (like I have below) for me?
I now have 5mm between the top of the cap and the clip on. This plus the tickness of the top clamp gives me the total 33mm shown in the pic rhat @Al1040 posted.
This is with the clip on raised but the fork/triple still in the lowered position.
Looks like it is a total of 19-20mm it was lowered.
