d&d is what i have on mine...loud as ****...laser is also a really loud pipr

 

D&D = loud, high pitch, annoying

Yoshimura = owned by everybody and their mother (especially GSX-R owners!!!!). And to those saying its loud.........you must not hear many other brands of pipes! my g/f has one on her bike and its not that loud at ALL, especially at highways speeds........once up to speed its not THAT much louder than a stock pipe i.m.o.

Two Brothers = the best bang for you're buck! has one hell of a sound and its a DEEP tone......not high pitch and obnoxious. but still loud and will let everyone know you're coming! i almost went w/ a yoshimura, then a scorpion, and finally made my mind up and got a Two Bros. and i couldnt be happier!



my advice...........get a Two Bros.!

i've got an '01 F4i with a custom made GP style exhaust. it's ****ing loud man. like, ears are bleeding loud. it sucks ***** for long cruises on a straight but if you're just carving up some turns it's a lot of fun. screams like a banshee after 6k. i put on the stock exhaust for longer trips. there's 2 more f4is i've ran into in the 01-03 year around town. the new guy just bought a D&D. it sounds like dog****. yea it's loud but the tone sounds like a bad novelty toy. it's got this annoying whistle to it too when it's wound out. the other guy has a two brothers.. he's obviously the brain trust of us. sounds fantastic! still loud but it's got a great tone and he's probably getting the most for performance out of the 3 of us.

 

-1 for D&D it'll teach me to not buy cheaper. Torque loss is inevitable but its soo damn loud. I'm getting a two bro asap.
