Its not as serious as you think. You dont necessarily have to change it right away. Hell you could probly put it off till the winter, if GOTTA ride. I'm kinda jellous, my bike is in pieces right now (cause I'm a procrastinator) and its gonna be like 80 this weekend, and I wanna ride. My parts will be here soon though, I just gotta be patient. Anyways, just change it whenever you get "a round tuit", no need to be in a hurry.

 

Its a bitch to reach, I recommend taking off the airbox to make is astronomically easier to reach.

I actually did what a friend of mine suggested and fabricated my own out of some allthread, two nuts and the old CCTL....worked like a charm.

ok so the lifter is different from the manual cam chain tensionor? i am a little confused.
