Default jacket question

I asked this question in the gear section but i never got a response. I'm trying to find out about Moto GP jackets mostly textile. I need to get a jacket and I like there Circuit Jacket. My original question had more info if anybody wants to look at that post( vega jackets). thanks for the help....if i get any.

Man, I got a sweet Alpinestars leather jacket for like another $40! Leather is the way to role. If you want, I can hook you up with my contact.

leather all the way mang...only textile i'd trust is aerostich...

Im guessing by the responses that not too many people use
Moto GP jackets. Being new and all, I just want the hard armor
not the soft foam that bends in half.

The latest textile jackets are adequate for street use, I would say, but if you can afford leather it will resist abrasion and melting better. Also, I prefer leather for fit and feel - but it can get HOT in the summer . .

im gonna get a mesh for summer, but unsure between tex. and leather.

does leather come with the hard armor that im looking for.

yes, leather comes with hard armor. my alpinestars has hard armor.
as far as mesh...they will melt away in a good crash, just don't go too fast if you're wearing mesh. for just around town and stuff, where you're not going to be going too fast, they will help.
