i have that same undertail but mine came with a piece of paper that told me the wires and which colors did what. Im outa town right now but if i get back in time ill send u a pic of my setup it took me a few hours to install. I wanna warn you though make sure that th e paint that is on the undertail is legit cuz mine chipped off after like two days. just lettin you know so you dont have to go through the full installation and decide to dissasemblejust torepaint. I got mine off ebay for like a $140 i think its the same one you got but I may be wrong
The difference between integrated or just an undertail is that the undertail has seperate bulbs for each light. A bulb for the left signal, another for the right signal, another for the brake lights... so to have each bulb working, you need to attach a ground and the power to each one.
In an integrated tail light, all the lights are basically integrated into one. So all you need to do is put the ground into one and it'll connect to all at once.

green = ground / one to each side [should be the black wires on your under tail]
green/yellow = brake / one to each side
Black Brown = running tail light [this wire will hook to both sides of youre under tail as youre replacing one light w/two]
Orange = Left signal
Light Blue = Right signal
