Default Introductions

Hey guys,

Just thought I'd introduce myself on here. I've been riding for about 3 years on a Ninja 500 (great starter bike, but it was time to move on) and recently picked up an 06' F4i with ONLY 300 MILES! It's practically brand new and I'm so thrilled with it so far. I just can't get over the smoothness of this bike compared to the twin on the 500!

Looking forward to all of the advice and info on here.

Hey there macq33k, congratulations. Nice looking bike; that thing's brand new. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, cause you know you can't leave it stock, lol.

Great looking bike!

Make sure you read the manual for the proper break in specs!

Throw on some flush mounts and a new pipe and you'll have a running start! I have an 04' and love the banana seat too!

Yeh, I'm already looking at getting an aftermarket slip-on and maybe some other stuff - definitely can't leave it stock. A buddy of mine with an 04 F4i switched tails (to the older split-seat version) and has suggested that I should do the same, but I really don't have any problem with the banana seat. Thanks for the welcome.

Banana seat FTW! It's what I have and I love it. But stock...*gasp*. I'm waiting for money to get my undertail.
