I just recently purchased a tail light that has the turn signals built into it. Now I am having the issue of getting the turn lights to work. It came with only two wires for the turn signals. Blue and Yellow. What do I do to get it to work. I have the normal tail light part working great

just tap the wires into your +12 turn signal wires. No need to tap into the turn ground as the leds are grounded via the brake lights....

really simple to do...

iirc it's just yellow to orange, blue to blue, but it may be the opposite way.... I know one of my tail lights was wired backwards....

 

ill try that. I know at one point i had it with all lights doing like a 4 way deal. With yellow and blue wires coming out of it what wire do I match it up to the harness with? I couldn't get it for some reason. Thanks

 

there should be a blue clip and an orange clip. Those are your turns.

orange is your left turn, blue right...

orange is +12v blue is +12, greens are ground... don't worry about those
