dude call and talk to Chris about it

it is a small business, not a large corporation
as co-owner of a couple small businesses its easier to say they should eat the loss than it is for them to actually do it
shelling money out of your own pocket because a vendor is screwing you is a very very difficult thing to do

like I said, call, talk to Chris
I would be pretty surprised if he didn't make it right pretty quickly

as for their shipping, a lot of times they ship stuff as they get it so you might get one order in a couple boxes for the same shipping price so even if it is a little high, you get your stuff as soon as they can get it to you
also a lot of the manufs/distributors are jacking up their drop-ship pricesto ridiculous amounts so they have been forced to have some stuff shipped to them and then ship it to the customer (from what I've been told, that usually works out cheaper than having the distributor drop-ship which is pretty f'ed up)

anyway, the guys at Indy are good folks give them a chance to make it right before bashing

Indy Super Bikes is well known. Before you drop any names like "Chris", see how you make out buy just stating your case. It may benifit the rest of us who don't have the "in" of the track scene.

it has nothing to do with dropping a name or having an "in" Chris owns the place, he's the one to talk to about this stuff its really that simple

there are only 4 or 5 guys there at one time, and he's as likely to answer the phone as anyone

After several emails I got good news and some bad news. The good news is that they agreed to stand behind the original price which is posted on their website. The bad news is that they said they won't be able to send it out for 4-6 weeks. So I'll be getting a good deal but I'm gonna have to wait for it. Thanks for all the replies.

I have the option of walking into Indysuperbikes and talking to them live, face to face(as they are across the street from where I work). I have never had anything like this happento me with them, but while they are usually very good, I understand how it could happen. They are a small business with about 4-5 people total working there. Chris is the owner and him and the rest of the guys are very easy to deal with. Sounds like it is all straightened out but will just take some time. I have no personal stake in this, except sticking up for people in Indy, but just give them a shot. They have treated me well for at least 2 years.
