Indysuperbikes!
So I ordered my akra exhaust a couple of days ago online. I put in my credit card and completed the deal, but then I get an email yesterday saying they could not sell it to me for the price they advertised and I agreed to pay because one of their vendors doesn't carry the exhaust anymore and the new vendor is more expensive. It sounds like these guys are a big company and I've never heard anything bad but I'm pissed. It doesn't seem right they can advertise a price, agree to sell it for that price, and then decide it's gonna cost 70 more bucks. Are these guys a bad company to deal with? Am I wrong for being pissed?

they aren't big but they do get their fair share of business. you have every right to be pissed. technically, they have to sell it to you at the advertised price. the issue has nothing to do with you, it has everything to do with them and their supplier.
i say take them to court! muahahahha...that's total bs, just because they can't make big enough of a cut they pass it to you.

Call and ask to speak with a manager and ask them to honor the original price. If they don't, cancel the order and buy from one of their competitors.

What they did is called "Bait and switch" advertise one price and charge another. Call your credit card company, and do not authorize any payment. And find someone else for a new exhaust. Go with a Two Bros, its better anyways.
