it just depends on who you ask. some people may tell you "you get what you pay for", while others will tell you "you're paying for the name". i'd just go w/ what you like, that is in you're price range. i have a Icon Mainframe now, at the time it was what was affordable and i liked the look. in a month or so im going to get myself the Suomy Cathedral!

as far as age.......cant help ya there. im sure it plays a role in how much you have to payb/c you're more at risk for accidents/injury. but i know when i went to get my insurance quote before getting the bike they told me that they (statefarm) dont go by the year, they go by how many cc's the machine has. so the '06 part may not matter, its the age and number of cc's i guess. just keep you're record clean, be patient and it'll drop. lol, think of it as something to look forward to!

then im assuming its you're age. if you search on here there is a thread on what people pay for insurance. if you glance through that it may give you a better idea if you're age is whats got your insurance so high. and like i said.....it'll go down in due time. just gotta be patient. im looking forard to 25 so it'll drop again.
