i believe those are also for a spacer for your lower side fairings. i recently took mine off and used them for a sub for my ignition on my f4i with the 954 forks and trips....

The mighty Frankenbolt, it's a common part found on many Hondas. As mentioned above, it's handy for attaching a cargo net, tail bag, or whatever.
