Default Ignition Curve

Well just wondering, Since our bikes take 87 octane.
Can we mess with the ignition advance and use 91 octane?
Like with a PCIIIR?

you can get a power Commander IIIr that will allow you to adjust the ignition advance or an add-on if you have a PCIII USB
as milko said, its already expensive enough to use the cheap gas and the only reason I would do this to my F4i would be to use race gas, no way I would do it just to use more expensive pump gas. I don't know that, even with the ignition advance, using 91 would improve performance noticeably

well not only for performance but you could technically run a leaner mixture and such for more milage for daily. Then on the weekends DL the fun maps.

Just wondering if any of you have done it.
