I purchased Fender eliminator from Ebay without the LED

And I can't seem to find those LEDs anywhere. Is there anyone knows where I can get em?

Try going to http://customdynamics.com/indicator_led.htm I saw some leds there that fit into 1/2" holes. They had a few different colors too. Those might work for you...
