Default No More D-208s

I went to the shop the other day because my front tire is going bad and I was told the D-208 was discontinued. Thats all I have ever had on my f4i and I have no complaints really but the dude at the shop said they are pretty ****ty tires. He said the successor for the D-208 is the qualifier (I think). Any one know anything I don't?

PS. I hate breaking in new tires. Ugh.

yea they stopped making them but some places are giving deals on them though.

as far as the dude saying they're crappy tires...well...i bet a good rider can out ride that sales mang on 208s...or even 207s...

it's the rider mang...the equipment can only hide a rider's inadequacies so far.

yea 208's have been discontinued for awhile, qualifiers did replace them. And like Tahoe said it is all in the rider. You can run a qualifer with your 208 with no problems.
